How long do I have to commit for?

It’s entirely up to you! We can cater to Agreements from as little as 3 months up to 3 years, a lot of our Customers have been with us for over fifteen years.

What do I need to provide in the office?

We can adapt entirely to meet your needs, your office can be fully furnished with all IT equipment and telephones provided so you can turn up with your laptop and get going, or you can add your own sparkle to the space. We’ll work with you from the outset to create something truly bespoke.

What are your opening hours?

Our brilliant Reception team are onsite Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (except bank holidays because everyone needs a break sometimes) but you can access your office and the café areas 24/7

Are the buildings secure?

Yes, outside of normal working hours the buildings can only be accessed via a programmed access card.

Is your internet reliable?

In a word, yes. We understand that having an unreliable connection can seriously affect any business. We provide a dedicated up and down load to each office not a shared connection across the centres.

Will you answer my calls?

Absolutely, we know that the first impression of your business is so important, that’s why our experienced Reception team will answer your calls in your Company name and handle them to your exact instructions.

Do you have onsite cafes?

We do indeed which is where your complimentary hot drinks from our state-of-the-art coffee machines as well as a variety of teas await you. We even provide free breakfast and snacks to get your day off on the right foot!

Is there somewhere I can meet my clients?

We have onsite meeting rooms that can be booked by the hour or day, we can even provide lunch for you.

What if something goes wrong in the office?

We all know that from time-to-time technology can be our enemy, that’s why we have our Facilities Team onsite, daily, to swoop in and take care of it.
